It’s all about seeing with mind wide open

Sometimes, when you think you get the idea about a place you know a lot; you just realize that you don’t. Even when you know that place for years you still wouldn’t be able to picture or simply describe it. Sure you have feelings for that place but you couldn’t tell what, could you?

Then you move away to a totally different place and everything looks fresh and new and exciting. There are lots of people, lots of things you’ve never seen before, you know, so you start trying to understand this whole new world in which you’re in.

There are you — all full of ignorance. By the time you start to look around there’s this little piece of time, this little sparkle of a moment in which things are just things and places are just places. You don’t know anything, you haven’t given anything a value or attribute and you’re open for everything.

Later you’ll figure out that nothing’s new, nothing’s different — your mind is.

And when you remember your old place you see that’s not the same anymore. It changed. Changed because YOU changed.

And this, my friends, changes everything.
